We assist clients in due diligence, of offer documents, filing and liaising with authorities. We also assist clients with regular reporting requirements with authorities and represent clients before regulatory authorities like RBI.

Our title searches include detailed tracing of devolution of title through perusal of records and title documents. We draft real estate documents such as lease, leave and license, mortgage, charge, agreement to sell, sale deed etc.
